Jonathon brings over a decade of proven experience in the construction and property industry, along with an honours degree in Construction Management and Economics, offering his clients a rare combination of technical expertise and strategic sales acumen.

His sales experience began with an award-winning West Australian property developer, where his skill and leadership saw him quickly promoted to Development Director. In this role, Jonathon played a pivotal part in bringing over $800 million of luxury real estate to market.

Prior to that, Jonathon held a key position at a national Tier-1 construction company, overseeing the successful delivery of more than 400 premium apartments and iconic hotel suites across Perth.

This extensive background gives Jonathon deep insight into every stage of the property lifecycle – from design and construction, through to marketing and sales, ensuring all his clients unlock exceptional value whether they’re buying, selling, developing, or investing.

Outside of work Jonathon has a passion for home renovations, enjoys supporting the local WA sporting teams and helping his parents grow fresh produce on their family property.
